Join Much Ado’s Crafter-in-Residence Sara Clarke and learn to make a charming accordion-fold booklet to keep your mementoes, tickets, postcards and keepsakes safe at a workshop set for 20 June.

Sara will guide you through the steps, folding paper, glueing decorative paper to the covers, and even creating a with a pencil-saving loop to keep your book closed.

We’ll provide all the materials, including paper, stiff boards for the covers, and pencils. We’ll also provide all tools and equipment, from glues and brushes to needles and thread.

The skills you’ll need are appropriate for beginners, but the workshop is best for people age 14 and older.

We’re holding the event in The Smugglers Inn, next door to Much Ado, beginning at 6:30pm on Friday, 20 June. You’ll complete your project in by 8 or 8:30pm.
