Bill Collison Book Signing
Authors Bill Collison and Sheridan McCoid visited Much Ado to sign copies of Bills – The Cookbook – Cook, Eat, Smile.
Bill is something of a legend for founding the Lewes produce shop and restaurant Bills, which has now gone national with branches in Brighton, London and elsewhere.
On Sunday, 20 November 2011 he and Sheridan met a steady stream of appreciative cooks, looking forward to using his recipes.
